We want you to love your Pang Wangle pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for items in new, unworn condition.
To start a return, email returns@pangwangle.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend exchanges instead of returns so you can get back outside, bite-free, faster. We’ll ship your replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right.
Email returns@pangwangle.com and we’ll cover all shipping costs for a replacement.
