Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

How to start a return or exchange
Email us at returns@pangwangle.com with:

The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

(Optional) the reason — this helps us improve fit and sizing
We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
💸 Return shipping fee
A $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help.
A $7.95 return label fee applies to exchanges, which covers the cost of return shipping.
We’ll ship your replacement item to you at no additional charge once your return is in transit or received.

we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly.
⏱ Processing times

Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival

Exchanges ship once the return is in transit or received
